Expert QDRO drafting with a focus on getting it right the first time.

Attorney Esquier brings a unique perspective to QDRO drafting, having spent her entire career specializing in retirement benefits from multiple angles.

Before founding Esquier Law Office, LLC, Attorney Esquier worked at a law firm where she advised retirement, health, and other employee benefit plans. Her responsibilities included reviewing QDROs for plan qualification and drafting QDRO policies for retirement plans themselves. She also served at a non-profit organization, helping individuals navigate retirement benefit claims and appeals, including divorcees both with and without QDROs.

This diverse experience means Attorney Esquier understands retirement plans, QDRO review, and benefit division from every perspective, including complex Taft-Hartley (union) plans.

When not drafting QDROs, Attorney Esquier enjoys skiing and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.
